Call Center Agent
- Answer incoming calls and respond to emails
- Responding to the complaints
- Identify and escalate issues to supervisors
- Provide information to students
- Research required information using available resources
- Route calls to appropriate resources
- Document all call information according to standard operating procedures
- Follow up student/employees calls where necessary
- Complete call logs and reports
- Other duties as assigned
Skills and Requirements:
- Minimum Graduation degree is required.
- Candidate should have 1 year of experience. Fresh candidates can also apply.
- Candidate should have excellent communication skills.
- Knowledge of customer service practices and principles
- Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively
