Assistant Sales Manager

Job Description

The Protechtors / Electronic Security Company are in integration and distribution business of Video Surveillance and Security Products for more than a decade. We want a true first level manager to enhance sales and market share for world leading brands like Hikvision, Scout and Bosch.

Setup new channel partners and oversee the on-boarding process.

Skillfully avail all opportunities and craft new ideas to market and penetrate Bosch Public Address Systems to Dealers in Wholesale/Retail Electronic Markets across Pakistan.

Coordinate, optimally utilize and drive assistants and executives

Conduct regular meet-ups with existing dealers and channel partners

Develop/execute business plans and provides timely, accurate reports and other information on partner activities.

Meets assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in assigned partner accounts

Leads solution development efforts that best address end-user needs, while coordinating the involvement of all necessary company and partner personnel

Periodic sales reporting and forecasting

Working on cross selling opportunities within the organization

Ensures partner compliance with partner agreements.

Proactively assesses, clarifies, and validates partner needs on an ongoing basis

Travel within country usually four-six times per month, including some air travel.

Job/Person Specification

Proven experience of 3+ years as Marketing/Sales/Channel Management or similar role in Electronics Industry.

Experience with Wholesale/Resellers Market.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to communicate at the audience level

Creative thinker, able to use a structured approach, delivering on time and within budget.
