• Experience of designing pages/assets for varying resolutions, screen sizes, and pixel densities for both for iOS and Android
• Excellent working knowledge of Sketch and Adobe CC Suite, plus collaboration tools such as Confluence.
• Good understanding of the technical scope and limitations of current mobile and desktop platforms
• Understanding of capabilities and limitations of front-end technologies, including CSS,
• HTML, and JavaScript (you will not be expected to code)
• Must be detail-oriented with superior follow-through.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
• Bachelor’s degree in User Experience Design, Visual Communication, Graphic Design or any other related field or equivalent work experience.
• Working within multi-talented Scrum team
• Understanding existing/intended users and their existing journeys and/or concerns
• Conceptualizing, designing, and executing new concepts and features for new and existing products.
• Exploring multiple creative solutions for a task.
• Creating pixel perfect graphic assets & UI components - illustrations, icons, photos for multiple iOS and Android device sizes and resolutions
• Creating and managing visual design /style guide documentation and interaction pattern specifications
• Guiding/Collaborating with development team to ensure intended implementation of designs decisions
• Ensuring consistency and quality across multiple digital channels, device platforms and screen resolutions
• Effectively managing time, prioritizing tasks and submitting work within deadlines
• Staying up-to-date with current design trends, digital platforms, best practices and the competitive landscape.
• Monitoring digital trends, new tools and workflows, attending workshops, and joining professional groups.
• Detail-oriented and highly organized with the ability to handle multiple-tasks simultaneously and meet tight deadlines

- Work experience in Agile methodology is good to have

- Proven ability to learn new technologies and deliver measurable results in an aggressive production environment

- Strong analysis, problem solving and troubleshooting skills
