Job Description

Main Job Responsibilities

1- Maintain and increase sales of company products

2- Reaching the targets and goals set for territory

3- Establish, maintain and expand customers base

4- Service the needs of existing customers

5- Increase business opportunities through various routes to market

6- Set sales targets for individual reps and team as a whole

7- Recruiting and training sales staff

8- Allocate areas to sales representatives

9- Develop sales strategies and setting targets

10- Monitor team's performance and motivate them to reach targets

11- Compile and analyse sales figures

12- Collect customer feedback and market research

13- Keep up to date with products and competitors

14- Report to Area Manager

15- Any other assignment given by management
