ERP Implementation / Support Officer

Job Description

We are one of the leading ERP implementation Company working since 1999. For our ongoing projects, we are looking for experienced and highly capable ERP Support Officers as a part of our Implementation Team. The work typically involves:

- Closely working with the QA team.

- Arranging end user training and UAT sessions.

- Able to give front end resolution to queries raised by clients

- Updating status of Customer queries using Office Management Softwares

- Preparing User Manuals and keep these updated with time to time alterations made in the systems.

- To coordinate and follow up on current issues with technical teams

- Manage resolution within defined timelines associated with a complaint category.

- Develop a team work culture, aligned with the overall culture of the Customer Service and Organization.
