Stitching Operations Manager

Job Description

- Responsible for new product development and execution.

- Responsible to manage Cut to pack operations.

- Responsible for supervision of production team.

- Responsible for ethnic (men/ women), ready to wear/ made to measure.

-Maintain and update efficiency of productions.-Line performance analysis (efficiency, man to machine ratio, cost/pieces) and plan for continuous improvement.

-Manage and communicate project tasks (customer orders/fresh orders) according to priority to the respective Merchandisers.

-Discussion with other team members (like merchants, fabric manager, cutting team, planning team / marketing team.

-Ensure quality of production or stitch garments.

-Well Knowledge of production and reconciliation of fabrics and accessories.

-Coordinate with the Head Office about the progress of stitched productions.

-To ensure for appropriate working environment for all employees of the stitching unit.

-Prepare and maintain production reports.

-Prepare pre & post costing of stitched garments.

-Prepare project feasibility as per information from the management.
