ESIA Team Leader

Responsibilities:

• Lead the development of the business strategy for the social discipline as part of the wider Environment and Planning Team and to lead on certain sales and marketing initiatives.

• Work with the Operations Leaders and wider management team to manage recruitment, training, annual appraisals and disciplinary matters.

• Monitor the team’s adherence to company health and safety, quality and environmental management system requirements.

• Technically review deliverables from the social team, including EIA/ESIA/ESHIA Chapters, and other social related reporting.

• To keep up to date with relevant social standards/policy/guidance.

Skills:

• Must have 10 year experience with major infrastructure project, including 5 years in multidisciplinary teams
