Recruitment Executive

Job Description

Protégé global is looking for a Recruitment Executive. The resource should be a Team player with excellent communication skills in English -Should have strong hands on experience in sourcing for multiple positions.

• Should be strong in sourcing candidates from job boards, Linkedin, headhunting, via references campus etc. Good at social media recruiting; spend considerable time with the candidates to evaluate them based on their experience, achievements, behavior, cultural and motivational fitment.
• Should be responsible to sourcing to Joining of the candidate.
• Should have handled Mass Hiring (independently)
• at least 1 year experience of working as a HR Recruiter with Bachelor Degree
• Should have experience in preparing Job Descriptions, based on specific briefs given
• Proficient in usage of MS Office tools
• Publish recruitment reports, metrics and dashboards periodically

OTHER SKILLS REQUIRED

• Excellent interpersonal, presentation and persuasive skills Ability to meet deadlines and is solution driven
• Ability to work independently under minimal supervision
• Excellent written and verbal communication with proficiency in English
• Should be able to handle work pressure
• Market competitive salary should be offered to the right candidaet. Its a 5 days job with complimentary transport service
