Responsibilities:
- Initial screening of resumes and shortlisting of the candidates
- Initial assessments of candidates before technical interviews
- Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies)
- Conduct initial orientation to newly hired employees
- Coordinate HR projects (meetings, training, surveys etc) and take minutes
- Dealing with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations
- Payroll management
