HR Executive

Candidates should be hard working, dedicated and self motivated with the ability to learn and grow.

Responsibilities:

  • Initial screening of resumes and shortlisting of the candidates
  • Initial assessments of candidates before technical interviews
  • Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies)
  • Conduct initial orientation to newly hired employees
  • Coordinate HR projects (meetings, training, surveys etc) and take minutes
  • Dealing with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations
  • Payroll management
