Job Description

Nextbridge Pvt Ltd is seeking an "Intern IT Recruiter" in its Johar Town, Lahore based office.

Requirements:

A suitable candidate must be:

1- Holding Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT/ Computer Science / Software Engineering/ Business & IT

2- Willing to pursue career in IT Recruitment

3- Willing to commute to Johar Town on daily basis

4- Be able to work in 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM shift timing

5- Well versed in Microsoft Excel and MS PowerPoint

6- Be able to make large volume of calls to potential candidates

7- Possessing excellent English communication skills and pleasant personality

8- Willing to wear business attire without Abaaya, Veil or Scarf.

Role:

Sourcing CVs from available mediums such as Application Tracking System, ROZEE.PK, Linkedin for IT/Software Engineering related roles

Pre-qualifying candidates over phone to determine the relevancy of their profiles to the respective roles

Scheduling and setting up face to face interviews of candidates to get them assessed on techincal grounds by the department managers.

Note:

Training on recruitment related tasks will be provided

It is a 3-month paid Internship opportunity which may lead to a permanent position in Nextbridge based on incumbent's performance and management's decision

Stipend:

13 - 15k
