A renowned IT company is searching for a full-time Call Center Manager to work in our call center.

Responsibilities include answering calls/emails from existing and prospect clients regarding our products, searching for new clients and entering their data into our database, making outbound calls to get new clients.

Maintain healthy relationships with existing customers to retain them.
