Core Points

The pharmacy is dealing all pharmacy stock management comprising storage, stock supervision, stock safety, reception and freight of goods under the direction of Pharmacist.

Responsibilities

1. Order and supply Management

• Obtaining orders afterwards packs them away in the stock accordingly with the system in place.

• Examine that all the boxes and their relevant fillings resemble with the transportation documents.

• Have to keep the dissimilar items away accordingly with the active system.

• Seals in records on the stock cards.

• Have to aware the supervisor without delay.

• Organizes the orders of the different consumption units (departments, wards, other), under the accountability of the pharmacy supervisor.

• Packaging dispatches is major responsibility.

• Scan the fillings related contents of emergency equipment (ER trolley/ safety boxes/emergency kits for car or earthquake), finalizes them after use and ensure expiry dates.

2. Managing pharmacy

• Confirms stock cards are occupied correctly, along with all the essential information, accordingly with the procedure finalized under the supervisory.

• Have to involve in regular based stock inventories, in the central pharmacy and department pharmacy under the supervisory.

• All good issued from the stock is also lies in duties: each subject must take place with his approval and in accordance his/the pharmacy supervisor’s supervision.

3. Organization, stock safety and purity

• Purify and neatens the stock.

• Is accountable for the well state the stock (physical premises) and shelves and, if requisite be, mentions any problems to his active line manager.

• Should be tangibly present in the pharmacy, mainly when someone else is in it (except for the pharmacy supervisor or manager).

• Controls admittance to the pharmacy premises and confirms that all doors and other exits are protected.

• Must be report any withdrawals or signs of break-in without delay.

4. Other

• If require, have to take part to medical meetings and medical trainings in the hospital.
