Senior International Support Specialist

Job Description

We require a Senior International Support Executive for our company who will:

  • Maintain and improve quality results by adhering to standards and guidelines; recommending improved procedures.
  • Provide quality sales through live chat.
  • Take orders by obtaining and verifying information.
  • Determine eligibility by comparing client information to requirements.
  • prepare and send proposals to clients based on their requirements.

Suitable Profile for This Position:

  • Must have experience in handling international clients via telephone, email and live chat.
  • Must be available to work in evening & night shifts.

Other Skills:

  • Customer Relationship Management
  • Neutral or non-inflicted American accent
  • Excellent Verbal Communication Skills

Shift: 6:00 PM to 2:30 AM/ 10:00 PM to 6:30 AM (Night Shift Only)
