Responsibilities:
• Desire to provide an outstanding customer experience, which is relevant, memorable and personable.
• Take ownership of the customer experience and satisfaction on all interactions
• Capabilities of working individually and as part of a team to promote a positive, cohesive and energetic working environment.
• Be comfortable in a fast-paced, performance-based role.
• He will be cold calling customers in the UK .
• Working on a predictive dialler to maximise your talk time and increase your sales and commission opportunities. All calls are recorded and monitored to ensure they are compliant with UK laws (training will be given).
Skills :
• Excellent English both written and verbal
• Excellent soft-skills in areas such as empathy, active listening, willingness to assist, engagement, tone and rapport building.
• A background in Customer Sales or Customer Service (6-12 months would be great).
• Bespoke campaign reward structures - our commission is uncapped, so your earnings will be based on how well you perform!
• Realistic monthly Commission and Bonus.
