Marketing & Communication Manager

Responsibilities:

Marketing Communications for PG & OC’s

• MCM (Marcom Manager) should be responsible for developing and implementing strategies, policies and plans (BI, CC, Digital Media etc) to increase market share, enhance brand image &right positioning of the group products

• Plan and organize Exhibitions/Road Shows, marketing Campaigns etc. to display products and services to, in coordination with CMs, Support Team, and Regional teams, based on the Marcom & Business Plans following PG’s Branding Guidelines

• Manage all aspects of external communications and media. This will include advertising/marketing, media relations, timely press releases and design services.

• Keep a very strong liaison with all internal and external stakeholders to ensure that all Marcom activities are integrated with the business needs and align with the overall corporate objectives

• Establish a strong Business Intelligence to investigate and monitor market trends, competition and local & international best practices through various surveys and market research activities

• Preparing and obtaining timely approval on Marom’s budgets and plans involving all stakeholders for smooth execution

• Define advertising objectives, recommend choice of media and allocate resources so advertising campaigns are effective, economical and appropriate for intended audience

• Responsible for Inventory Management of Marcom Assets

Brand & Identity of PG & OC’s

• Managing corporate and brand identity of PG & OC’s. Ensuring branding guidelines are met in External & Internal events/efforts. Constant checks on Branding touch points and ensuring internal and external brand presence.

• Development, Execution and compliance of Corporate Brand & Identity Manual for PG & OCs

• Responsible for Merchandise Management

Corporate Communications for PG & OCs

• Providing support in internal communication and campaigns

• Manage and develop Investor relations and crisis communication. Develop Sustainability Report.

• Developing marketing & brand presentations for internal & external stakeholders

Digital Engagement & Presence for PG & OCs

• Develop and drive digital part of Marcom to be able to increase market penetration, customer interaction, brand awareness and sales. This may include engaging in search engine optimization team, usage of social media outreach and online branding tools.

• Securing and protecting Digital Assets of PG & OCs.

• Maintain and track Digital Marketing initiatives for PG & OCs.

• Managing design & content for Digital initiatives

Team Management

• Lead, direct, evaluate and develop a team of Marcom professionals
