Requirement:
• Responsible for monitoring, controlling & maintaining quality level throughout the manufacturing process as per desired International standards.
• Ensure that all testing and inspection are carried out as per defined frequency of desired standards.
• Responsible for identifying quality issues e.g. defect or non-conformity arising from vendor end or production line and implementing corrective action plans in coordination with quality representatives.
• Furthermore, ensure the provision of day to day quality engineering technical support to the Operations team.
• Assist Staff in Root Cause Analysis so that issues do not continually reoccur. Work with relevant departments to develop and maintain a vendor control quality plan.
• Perform RCA (Root Cause Analysis) for customer complaints and to raise preventive actions to stop repetition of non-conformity in the process & product.
• Improvement of Laboratory process & procedures and their implementation.
• Responsible for training and education of quality team including all quality controllers & senior shift in-charges to get optimum result.
• Co-ordination with third party services, calibrations and inspection teams.
• To handle all the quality issues of running production and report to Factory Manager.
• Partially take part in mechanical maintenance of equipment and plan up-gradation.
