In-charge Planning / Planning Manager

A Leading engineering company is looking for In-charge Planning / Planning Manager who is responsible for managing and supervises subordinates within the larger planning department of our organization.

Responsiblities

• Performs and manages complex and sensitive professional planning projects, research and analysis
• Monitors and ensures compliance with local, state and federal laws
• Oversees specialized planning functions such as large-scale new development proposals and environmental studiesProvides overall
• management of division-related planning issuesAdvises the Planning Director and instruct the subordinates on all planning related
• mattersProvides overall management of division-related planning issuesAdvises various councils, boards, commissions and elected
• officials in planning-related issuesServes as liaison and performs all necessary functions in support of Planning Commission
