Sales Executive

Job Responsibilities:

• To cover housing societies. Search for newly constructed house, plaza or building and inform them about our product for sales through dealer.

• Obtains orders from existing dealers and establishes new ones by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call for potential sales.

• Adjusts content of sales presentations on the type of dealer.

• Focus on sales efforts by studying existing and potential volume of dealers.

• Develops effective written proposals/quotations for both current and prospective dealers.

• Meet sales targets assigned by manager.

• To follow up for its payment.

• Keep management informed by submitting sales activity reports.

• Monitor competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, discount policy, products, delivery schedules etc.

• Provides historical records by maintaining records on area and dealer’s sales.

• Resolves dealer complaints.

• Manage product supplies with written reports based on dealer’s requirements.

Job Requirements:

• The candidate should have 2 to 4 years of experience in sales in any reputable Building Material firm. Preferably (Paint, Cables, Marbles, Tiles, Pipes)

• Should have strong experience in Private sector (commercial projects, Liaison with Architects and consultants)

• Should be bachelors or Masters with strong written and communication skills.

• Should have his own Motor Bike for travelling (Company will pay fuel and maintenance allowance)

• Should have good prior sales experience and must be achieving his sales target in previous firms and should have won projects to his name.
