Responsibilities:
• To cover housing societies. Search for newly constructed house, plaza or building and inform them about our product for sales through dealer.
• Obtains orders from existing dealers and establishes new ones by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call for potential sales.
• Adjusts content of sales presentations on the type of dealer.
• Focus on sales efforts by studying existing and potential volume of dealers.
• Develops effective written proposals/quotations for both current and prospective dealers.
• Meet sales targets assigned by manager.
• To follow up for its payment.
• Keep management informed by submitting sales activity reports.
• Monitor competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, discount policy, products, delivery schedules etc.
• Provides historical records by maintaining records on area and dealer’s sales.
• Resolves dealer complaints.
• Manage product supplies with written reports based on dealer’s requirements.
Skills:
• Candidate should have 1 to 2 years of housing experience.
• Should have his own bike.
• Hardworking candidates are required.
