Resident Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Resident Engineers are involved in the design, specifications, and execution of various projects.

• They use their expertise to evaluate construction projects and determine the best engineering method or practice to accomplish the job.

• They will establish an estimated cost and what tools and technologies are appropriate for the job as well as a timeframe for the work to be completed.

Skills:

• Must have an experience of 3 years in Buildings

• Must previously work with a consultant (preferred)

• Has excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Is willing to learn wide range of technologies.

• Has ability to learn and adapt quickly to maximize productivity.

• Is self-motivated person with the ability to work individually and as part of a team.

• Has strong analytical and problem solving skills.

• Is able to work under minimum supervision.
