Responsibilities:
• Prepare sales targets with reference to the prevailing market situations
• Develops a business plan and sales strategy for the market that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability.
• Conducts one-on-one review with all Sales Executives to provide insight for the improvement of Sales Executive’s activity performance.
• Provides timely feedback and business outlook to management regarding performance.
• Provides timely, accurate competitive pricing.
• Handle Key accounts relationships and customer satisfaction.
• Striving to maximize profit margin.
• Controls expenses to meet budget guidelines.
• Adheres to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensures that they are communicated and implemented within the team.
• Organize the availability of company members for media/PR events as necessary.
• Oversee distribution of all marketing and publicity materials.
• Marketing Support to be provided to branches in the area, in terms of Product features, Strategy against competitor’s products, generating enquires.
• Monitor payment outstanding collections from the clients against approved credit limits to collect payments within due dates.
• Growth Strategies of Regions.
• Work with individual regions in the area and work out an action plan for growth strategies
• Prepare Annual Budgets for all products and customer base.
