Content Writer/Developer

Responsibilities:

• Requirements documentation: Participate in the requirements gathering phase and act as a bridge between the technical team and client side

• Design: Work with the design team to ensure that the system interfaces use appropriate language

• Development: Work with the development team to produce project progress reports

• Testing Iterations: Act as a bridge between user and development team, and facilitate communication from both sides

• Training: Work on the training material and produce high quality documentation which will include: user manuals, training slides, video tutorials etc

• You will be expected to be proficient in standard business technology, including Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint

• You will be expected to learn new technologies and keep yourself updated with the emerging technologies

• You must be comfortable working in a privately-held company that emphasizes customer service, professionalism, ongoing learning, accountability, and quality of work

• Ability to manage time and pay close attention to detail

• To find out the right place for the placement of contents in the website to develop the business and act as a traffic manager for supplier online marketing operations

Skills:

• Internet savvy with excellent research skills

• Excellent knowledge of MS Word and Excel etc

• Excellent English language and grammar skills (proper use of punctuation, etc)

• Software documentation knowledge

• Understanding of writing technical articles would be a plus

• Have excellent editing skills
