Beauty Educator

We are looking for a talented and creative female beauty educator to join our team.

If you are a dedicated, enthusiastic and experienced cosmetology/beauty industry professional instructor, who believes in the power of sharing your knowledge, motivating others and putting students first we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

• Act as international presenter for the skin care department within the group

• Establish and maintain training policies and programs according to the brand standards and requirements

• Represent international skin care brand to relevant market in Pakistan

• Develop and deliver a detailed training plan strategy for skin care brand

• Supporting customers/partners with correct technical information on the international skin care brand represented

• Travel and conduct trainings, workshops and seminar for clients across the operating country; to be able to travel abroad for international trainings provided by international skin care brand.

• Regular coordination with the relationship manager when needed regarding their client trainings in the market.

• Responsible for the efficient running of all the trainings following the newest trends adopted by the skin brand.

• Understand the goals of the organization, the skill level and educational needs of Sales and Trainers

• Provide technical training and instruction to ensure that all company policies and procedures are adhered to by all the parties.

• Responsible for assessing the knowledge and the skill level of beauticians and sales team through technical and product knowledge training's, assessments and observation
