HR Executive

We are looking for a talented and passionate HR professional with at least one year experience.
Candidates should be hard working, dedicated and self motivated with the ability to learn and grow as we provide a friendly and challenging work environment for candidates to put in their best efforts.

Candidate should be able to join immediately.

Responsibilities:
Initial screening of resumes and shortlisting of candidates
Initial assessment of candidates before technical interviews
Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies)
Conduct initial orientation to newly hired employees
Coordinate HR projects (meetings, training, surveys etc) and take minutes
Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations
Payroll management
