Site/Field Supervisor

Job Description

As the site supervisor, it`s your job to both assess and manage safety hazards in the workplace.

Responsibilities may also include managing and instructing the site workers, setting goals for the team, and seeing projects through to completion.

Manage the project team including setting performance expectations, measurement and resolving disciplinary problems.

To assist Project Manager in coordination, arranging and distributing of work at site.

To prepare daily report, keep all site records and documents.

To ensure work done are up to quality satisfaction especially finishing and carpentry works.

Location: Islamabad, Karachi, Lahore.
