Responsibilities
• Offering complete after-sales support services via email, telephone & customer visits.
• Installation, & commissioning of scientific instruments and equipment.
• Servicing, repair & maintenance of instruments/ equipment.
• Product & software demonstrations.
• Maintaining installation & service reports and reporting periodically to head office.
Skills:
• Solid technical background of Electronics or Chemistry.
• Good presentation skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• BS Electronics Chemistry or higher
