Job Description

Communication with local and export buyers

Price negotiation with foreign & local buyers.

Coordinate with Marketing Manager to discuss the following:

Daily Fabric Reports.

Changing Marketing Scenario regarding cotton price, customers, product demand, expected bookings, dispatches etc. to both local & foreign buyers.

Coordinate with Export Manager to have information regarding:

Arrangement & Dispatch of vessels for shipment Fabric.

Negotiation of documents of dispatched containers with Bank.

Shipment status othe f container(s) to confirm buyers as and when required.

Clearance of rebate cases etc.

Coordinate with Import Officer to discuss present & future import activities and status of L/C’s and shipments.
