Job Description

Key Job responsibilities Include:

  • General office managment (Supervising janitorial staff, guards etc)
  • Deal with Vendors regarding orders and quiries
  • Make hotel and flight resevations
  • Make sure office premises are in top notch condition
  • Maintain and keep record of office supplies
  • Maintain and keep record of contractors
  • Answer queries and resolve issues according to policies and guidlines
