Knowledge about dairy process
Able to understand flow of instrumentation, pressure, level and temperature, variable frequency drivers and PLC based control system
Should have good knowledge to perform maintenance of dairy plant equipment and field instrument with maintenance reports generation
Performs troubleshooting activities of PLC and conventional system as necessary
