Sales Executive

Job Description

Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers via meetings, telephone calls and email.

Visit potential customers for new and regional business.

Make accurate, rapid cost calculations, and provide customers with quotations.

Negotiate the terms of an agreement and close sales as per policy .

Gather market and customer information and provide feedback on future buying trends.

Negotiate variations in price, delivery and specifications with your company's managers.

Advise on forthcoming product developments and discussing special promotions.

Coordinate with Admin Manager of Factory / Own Branch Manager regarding progress of the ongoing orders.

Resolve customer complaints regarding sales and service.

Familiarize yourself about the complete range of Company products with a view to answer all type of queries of consultants / customers.

Identify new markets and business opportunities.

Record sales and order information.

Review own sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed.

Monitor customer preferences to determine focus of sales efforts.

Perform any additional duties assigned by your supervisor / company.
