Costing Officer

Job Description

1. Follow-up of pending manufacturing cards on daily basis.

2. Analysis of provided production data (PPC Card vs MBD Analysis vs Standards) before entry and resolution of issues.

3. Data entry relating to all production activities in unit 2 (Entry of MFC cards and submission to manager for review).

4. Periodic visits to production floor to verify the data entry procedure.

5. Collection of data for calculation of machine/line efficiency and presentation of report to manager.

6. Assist in conduction of monthly stock takings and verification of differences.

7. Generation and reporting of following:

• Pending MFC Report.
• Pending Testing Report.
• Pending voucher processing.

8. Preparation of multiple analysis on monthly basis.

• Delays in data processing.
• Delays in quality testing.
• Delays in production data processing.

9. Generation of daily closing report and presentation to manager.
