Job Description
Burger Hub requires a competent and experience need restaurant manager, with a minimum Bachelors degree and at least 3 years of solid managerial experience in a well-established restaurant.
Duties include:
1) Managing kitchen and shift supervisors, including hiring/firing and training
2) Holding kitchen and shift supervisors accountable for all aspects of their shifts, including attendance, order management and customer interaction.
3) Managing all aspects of daily opening procedures, including receiving inventory, dealing with vendors
4) Holding restaurant cashiers aa accountable for a reconciliation of daily sales, expense transactions.
5) Handling all repair maintenance of premises, including routine and emergencies.
6) Regularly liaise with head office regarding all issues, including payroll, inventory and supplies, wastage control, maintenance and HR issues.
7) Holding all supervisors accountable for customer complaints, issues and incidents.
8) Managing and developing growth and sales strategies.
