IT Support Officer

We are beholding for a skilled Project Officer who must be an interested and self-driven person with a can-do attitude. And also should have the aptitude to work with least possible direction.

Core Responsibilities:

To function routine tasks.

Remarking on time scale performances for all courses through dispatch function in E-Courier.

Upholding daily based shifts reports.

Nice to Have:

• Strongly and proactively communicate with drivers in case of not carrying out to customer requirements.

• Abilities to aware Administrator regarding all concerns and issues for routes in case of not performing up to standards instantaneously.

Others:

A proactive practitioner to follows up on and resolves any internal customer issues and also intensifies fittingly.
