We are looking for highly motivated self-driven experienced LINUX administrator, with work experience in reputed Web Hosting Company.
Your Key responsibilities for this Job:
Attending L1 / L2 support/sales calls from clients
Strong troubleshooting skills
Managing tickets through WHMCS
Engaging in sales & support activities
Managing dedicated / VPS servers of company and clients
Responsibility for uptime of servers & services
You must speak Urdu & English
Job Specification
You must have experience of:
Handling live chat, telephone calls for web hosting sales and technical support services
Web hosting control panels cPanel/ WHM, Plesk
VPS management control panels i.e. soluxVM, Virtualizor
