o Brief description of the job :

· Make outbound calls to promote our services.

· Consolidate existing customer base while building new customer base

· Ensure customer follow-up all the time

· Handle customer needs and requirements

· Respond to customer inquiries and resolve

· Make inbound calls to promote the service.

· Communicate timely correspondence back to customers, track and resolving any issues regarding product.
