Inbound Sales/Support Representative

You will be required to answer calls and chats from the USA & Manage outgoing/incoming calls and customer service inquiries ? Call customer for order verification

Requirements

• Must-Have Some Relevant Experience

• Fluency in written and spoken English is MUST.

• Excellent communication skills and convincing power

• Real-time problem solving

• Computer Skills

• Excellent skills in Customer Management

• Complaint Management & Escalation Process

• Self-motivated

• Good team player

• Ability to multi-task

• Intermediate with A-Level / O-Level, Bachelors.

Shift: Full Time (Evening & Night)

Salary Range: Excellent Basic Salary + Commission
