Job Description:

Hiring Customer Support Representatives to manage customer queries, feedbacks, and complaints & taking orders.

Job Responsibilities:

Ø Manage outgoing/incoming calls and customer inquiries

Ø Call customer for order verification & confirmation.

Ø Resolving customer complaints

Job Requirements:

§ Must have experience of answering number of calls

§ Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening

§ Excellent communication skills

§ Ability to provide right solutions to the customer’s request

§ Fluency in English
