Customer Service Executive

Main Duties:

Handling inbound calls and processing customer bookings, reservations and inquiries

Building relationships with new and existing customers and corporate clients

Case creation for customer complaints

Achieve and maintain all performance

Essential Requirements:

Good command of the English language

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Computer literate with good keyboard skills

Call centre and/or customer service experience

Willingness and ability to learn and work long (Often Unsociable) shifts

Preference will be given to candidates having:

International Call Center Experience

Customer service experience
