Job Description
Work with legal team to agree updates to contract and purchasing documentation and to agree the implementation of regulation/legal changes
The candidate should have proven ability to review corporate contracts. Identify, review, examine, monitor & coordinate various contracts
Identify incorrect, inconsistent and incomplete data entries in the designated contract management system (and on assigned requests) on a continuous basis and make timely modifications to improve the quality of data in compliance with service levels.
Interact with legal, procurement, and managers within the organization to ensure timely and accurate contract preparation and problem resolution.
Actively manage specific corporate contracts.
Must have knowledge of NDAs; Software License Agreements; Purchase Agreements; License Renewals; Maintenance Renewals (Software and Hardware); Service Level Agreements; Services Agreement (ex: Services, Outsourcing, Web Related)
Proactively manage relationship with suppliers through formal and informal processes and communications.
