Travel Sales Consultant

Responsibilities:

Consultant will be receiving calls from Clients

Answer Client's questions, as well as question Client to obtain full understanding of what information is being requested.

Provide quality customer service on every call.

Communicate clearly and effectively with Client'sRouting the calls to concerned departments if needed.

Organize and prioritizes duties

Consultant will be responsible to solve customer queries on Live Chat Support

Consultant will handle customer queries via emails

Minimum one year experience is required in sales

Requirements:

Attractive commission structure apart from five figure basic salary, Monthly bonuses and quarterly recreational trips.

It’s an afternoon shift (UK Time Zone)
