Travel Consultant

Responsibilities:

• Consultant will be receiving calls from Clients

• Answer Client's questions, as well as question Client to obtain full understanding of what information is being requested.

• Provide quality customer service on every call.

• Communicate clearly and effectively with Client's Routing the calls to concerned departments if needed.

• Organize and prioritizes duties

• Consultant will be responsible to solve customer queries on Live Chat Support

• Consultant will handle customer queries via emails
