Sales Assistant/Technical Support Representative

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
• Ascertain customer's needs and wants.
• Recommend and showcase items that match customer needs.
• Welcome and greet customers.
• Manage point-of-sale processes .
• Keep up to date with product information .
• Accurately describe product features and benefits
• Assist in stock management and control when required.
• Answering customer’s technical inquiries with confidence and precision, expert product sales suggestions based on customer’s needs through to development and research to further enhance ever increasing product range.
• Follow all companies policies and procedures.

SKILLS REQUIRED:

• Functioning knowledge of automotive engines and systems.
• Self-motivated, focused and a dependable team member .
• Outstanding verbal and written English communication skills .
• Extensive computer abilities including Excel .
• Excellent interpersonal proficiency and manner.
• People with Engineering Background will be given Preference.
