Job Responsibilities:
- Monitoring and Maintaining Clients / Companies real time stats on Server Using Jera Soft Application (Full Training Provided )
- Opening T T (Trouble Ticket) for clients / vendors (Professional Emailing)
- Testing of telecom routes.
- Incoming and outgoing companies / vendors rates management
- Head to Head follow up with clients on skype.
- Basic Knowledge of Voice Over Internet Protocol (VOIP) and its operations
- Basic Knowledge of computer networking
- Basic good communication skills while online chat on messenger (English)
- Sound Common Sense Level
- Typing speed 40 words per min.
- Google Sheets and Microsoft Office basic knowledge
