Field Sales Officer-Lahore
Jobs Responsibilities:
- To visit every customer for order taking.
- To communicate the order to the supervisor and sales coordinator.
- To ensure proper display and product visibility on the shop counter.
- To paste posters and stickers at appropriate places in the shop.
- To replace any shop board or counter vinyl if it is damaged.
- To report to supervisor about new customers and customer feedback.
- To report to supervisor about competitor activity, schemes and prices.
- To write daily visit report (DVR) every day.
- To conduct customer education events (carpenter party, Plumber Party, dealer party and road show)
- To conduct product trails.
- To maintain collection.
- To meet with distributor.
- To check the stock of every dealer and inform supervisor if any stock is close to expiry date.
- To handle any customer complaint quickly and effectively.
- Honest and highly motivated.
- Hard working.
- Good presentation skills
