Call Center Agent

Job Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming calls and respond to emails
  • Responding to the complaints
  • Identify and escalate issues to supervisors
  • Provide information to students
  • Research required information using available resources
  • Route calls to appropriate resources
  • Document all call information according to standard operating procedures
  • Follow up student/employees calls where necessary
  • Complete call logs and reports
  • Other duties as assigned

Skills and Requirements:

  • Minimum Graduation degree is required.
  • Candidate should have 1 year of experience. Fresh candidates can also apply.
  • Candidate should have excellent communication skills.
  • Knowledge of customer service practices and principles
  • Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively
