CSR (Outbound)

Responsibilities :

  • Contact businesses or private individuals by phone.
  • Deliver prepared sales scripts to persuade potential customers to purchase a product or service. Exceeded customer service expectations for positive results .
  • Maintained accurate, current knowledge of new advertising campaigns to implement changes .
  • Recorded and reviewed consumer call interaction within company's database through detailed notations.
  • Identify and overcome objections.
  • Take the customer through the sales process.
  • Obtain customer information.
  • Obtain possible customer leads.
  • Maintain customer/potential customer data base.
  • Demonstrate excellent phone and verbal communication skills.
  • Past experience with outbound calls.
  • A highly professional approach and appearance.
  • MUST speak clearly and have a pleasant phone manner.
  • A demonstrated dedication to customer service.
  • Being organized, self-disciplined and a quick learner.
